Gordon Systems’ church integration arm, Elevate Integration, recently completed a project at the Gaithersburg Church of the Nazarene. Gordon System’s was tasked with overhauling the AVL system including the installation of a camera system, performance lighting system, and Q-SYS control system. These upgrades provide congregants a quality worship experience on site as well as enable GCN to extend its reach to anyone on the internet across the globe.

When the Lighting controller is turned off the wall controllers become active for non event use.
We wanted to keep the same look but have the house lighting controlled over DMX. We came up with a system to control the old lighting to meet the clients needs.
Everyone needs to livestream in this new and trying time. Our client wanted 3 PTZ cameras so we suggested the Birddog P200 cameras with Sony sensors. They look fantastic and work well.
The Q-SYS core, which is interfaced with by the touch panel, can control the the room. Using the touch panel, users can control the sequencer to turn off or on the whole system with one press, enable a simple mode for small meetings with just one microphone and even a guest video input, and much more.
